What is Royalty Free Music?
Royalty free means that the the customer who purchase the license can use the music for commercial purposes without any additional fees.
How can I use your music?
We offer a different types of licenses that cover all of the uses. You can use our music in almost any type of audio/visual production, including video/film productions, websites, multimedia, commercials, advertising, TV/Radio, broadcasting, podcasts, shows/presentations, animations, slide shows, games, software, theatrical performances, music on-hold, audio books and many other commercial and non-commercial uses.
Are there restrictions on using the music?
In spite of our licenses cover a lot of uses, there are some restrictions:
You cannot:
- Use our music as your own (sell, resell, trade in, or give away the music to any third party or otherwise distribute the music);
- Create/produce new musical works based on our music (songs, remixes);
- Use/include the music in different types of music compilations, such as music on CDs/DVDs or music albums where the tracks are stand-alone elements;
- Redistribute the music as a part of different multimedia templates (e.g., website templates, video templates, slideshow templates) that are subsequently offered to multiple end-users;
Redistribute the music as part of commercially produced and released on-hold systems that are subsequently offered/sold by you to other individuals or companies.
Can I make a song, remix or release an album of the purchased music?
In general NO, because all music at bfcmusic.me is protected by copyright. You can’t add lyrics over the music track or re-mix it and distribute as your own. As an exception, we may allow you to perform the above actions and suggest an individual License. For this purposes contact us first.
Can I adapt music for my project?
Yes. You can adapt the music for your project by editing the length, make cuts, add sound effects and etc. However, you can not make a song, a re-mix, or produce your own music based on tracks from BFCMUSIC’s library.
Can you compose original music for my project?
Yes. We can compose original music or make sound design of your project. Contact us first and we’ll discuss the details.
Free Lisense
Can I use your music for free?
Yes. All music is available for free download and use under the FREE LICENSE WITH ATRIBUTION as long as you credit bfcmusic.me in your video or it’s description (example: music in this video: «Song Title» from bfcmusic.me).
Do I need to ask you permission to use your music?
No, as long as you credit bfcmusic.me and follow the license rules you don’t need to ask me.
How can I credit BFCMUSIC on social media?
For Online videos and Live Streaming mention bfcmusic.me in the video description. For example: “ music in this video: «Song Title» from bfcmusic.me ” or “Music by bfcmusic.me”
For Social media, you can use the social media tag to credit us: Music from @bfcmusic, Music by #bfcmusic

Do I need a license to use the music?
For commercial use, also if you want to monetize your content on YouTube and Facebook, you need a license.
How long is the license valid?
Purchased licenses are valid forever. Please note that each license has its unique number allowing to use one license for one end product.

Subscription
How many tracks am I allowed to download with subscription?
Downloads are unlimited.
How long does a subscription license last?
A subscription license is perpetual If you have produced and published your videos during a subscription period. All videos you make during subscription can remain on the web forever. However, according to our rules, you can only produce and publish videos when your subscription is active. This means that you can not subscribe, download as many tracks as you want, then cancel the subscription and start publishing videos being unsubscribed.
If I purchase a subscription plan, will I have a license for each track?
Yes. Regardless of membership type (subscription or pay-per-license), when you download the track the license is automatically created for you. Unlimited downloads means unlimited number of licenses.
Can I use the same song multiple times on multiple projects?
Each license has its unique number, so we insist on using one license for just one end product. However, if you produce a series of several episodes, you can use one license for multiple videos of this series.
Copyright Claims
What is Content ID?
Content ID is a digital fingerprinting system developed by Google which is used to easily identify and manage copyrighted content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.
Does your music have copyright on YouTube?
Almost all of BFCMUSIC’s tracks have copyright, but you can still use our music on Youtube without any problems. Your videos will not be imposed any restrictions (except of monetization), they will not be deleted and stay safe.
Can I register your music in Content ID?
No. Your claiming rights to the music will be considered as copyright violation. All rights to the music belong to the authors.
My YouTube video received COPYRIGHT CLAIM, what should I do?
If you have received a copyright claim you have nothing to worry about.
If you don’t want to monetize your video on YouTube – You do not need to take any action. No restrictions will be imposed on your video except of monetization (you will not be able to monetize your video). Your video will not be deleted.
If you want to monetize your video or want to remove copyright claim on YouTube – you need to buy a license. After purchasing a license, you will receive a license certificate that must be shown on YouTube in order to dispute your claim.

Is it safe to make a purchase on your website?
All payments on our website are processed by secure and respected system Payoneer. It’s absolutely safe to make online purchases from BFCMUSIC. We do not keep your personal data or credit card information.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay by card, PayPal or Payoneer.
How does the payment process look like?
After press the “Purchase” button and entering the necessary information (First name, Last name, E-mail address and country for individuals and additionally Website URL and Company name for companies), you will get invoice for payment on your e-mail. After successful payment you will get downloading link (also by mail), where you can grab zip with music and license certificate.
