License Information
On our website there are 4 different licenses that we have created for all sort of assignments. These licenses allow you to use our music for absolutely different multimedia projects: films, documentaries, podcasts, presentations, corporate and business videos, advertising, social media, websites, TV and radio shows. Our mission is to create high quality music for everyone who needs it. When you purchase music, you receive a zip archive with all versions of tracks and license in PDF with a unique number.

The license is valid for one end product. One product – one license
Prohibited Uses
The use of music in the following ways is prohibited.
You cannot:
- Use our music as your own (sell, resell, trade in, or give away the music to any third party or otherwise distribute the music);
- Create/produce new musical works based on our music (songs, remixes);
- Use/include the music in different types of music compilations, such as music on CDs/DVDs or music albums where the tracks are stand-alone elements;
- Redistribute the music as a part of different multimedia templates (e.g., website templates, video templates, slideshow templates) that are subsequently offered to multiple end-users;
- Redistribute the music as part of commercially produced and released on-hold systems that are subsequently offered/sold by you to other individuals or companies.
Free License
You can use tracks from BFCMUSIC ‘s library available under the FREE LICENSE in your multimedia project (online videos, websites, presentation, etc.) for free as long as you credit bfcmusic.me in your video or it’s description (example: music in this video: «Song Title» from bfcmusic.me).
Pro License
If you use our music for commercial purposes or want to monetizes your video on YouTube, Facebook or any other social medial you need PRO LICENSE. We offer the following types of licenses depending on the way of use.
1. STANDART LICENSE – 39$ For One Track (120$ For STANDART SUBSCRIBTION (all BFCMUSIC’s tracks)). The Standard License is non-exclusive/transferable/refundable license that gives you lifetime worldwide rights to use our music after purchase for: Websites, online videos, films, documentaries, animations, presentations, slide-shows, music on hold, and background music in bars, hotels, restaurants, shops, gyms, exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences. No credits required.
2. EXTENDED LICENSE – 99$ For One Track (380$ For EXTENDED SUBSCRIBTION (all BFCMUSIC’s tracks) Extended License includes the uses covered by Standard License. In addition, Extended License allows you to use music for: Cinema, TV/Radio, software, game, application, CD, DVD, Public show. No credits required.
3. PREMIUM LICENSE – 799$ For One Track. In addition to the uses provided by the Extended License, PREMIUM LICENSE allows you to use our music in National and International TV or Radio Advertising. No credits required.
Free vs. Pro License
Advantages of Pro License:
- no copyright issues. You will receive a certificate that grants you the right to legally use our music;
- high quality music you get (WAV+mp3);
- additional versions of licensed tracks;
- you will receive individual support in solving any issues related to the use of our music;
- as our customer you will receive special offers and discounts.
